Weekly Menu - The seriously, why are we not in Hawaii? edition

The "edition" really has nothing to do with the menu. It is just a question we have been asking ourselves a lot lately. But that is a post better saved for another day. Let's just say that we are running out of reasons.

Anyway... Another boring, use it up week. We plan to start back to Fat Smash full force soon. We would have started this week, but there is a lot of food we need to use up! Fat Smashing takes up a lot of room in my fridge. (Just the yogurt we go through is mind boggling!)

As usual, all meal are served with a salad, fruit of my choice, and cut fresh vegetables.

The amazing picture above is of Sunset Beach Park, Oahu and was found on flickr. We will most likely end up on Maui, so I will post some Maui eye candy for your viewing pleasure.
